Important Update for Parents / Carers


New Government guidance for after the Christmas holiday means:

  • Year 11, 12 (ELS, Business and Enterprise and BTEC Health and Social Care only)  and 13 students return to the Academy and City College as normal on Monday 4th January (unless they are isolating).  
  • Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and year 12 students (not studying the options above) should remain at home and access their normal timetable and curriculum via Google Classroom. 
  • Children of key workers and those deemed to be vulnerable are to attend the Academy as normal.

  • Year 10 Parents’ Evening was a great success, 96% Teacher/Parent engagement. If you would like to speak to your child’s Form Tutor regarding their progress, please contact the Academy to make an appointment.
